Our MOBILE CATERING KITCHEN 

Welcome to the Craft Catering Food Truck – a one-of-a-kind, custom-built mobile kitchen designed for versatility and efficiency.  Our truck is equipped with a full-scale, commercial kitchen which provides us with the flexibility to offer a large variety of diversified menu options to service large-scale events with ease.  No matter the event, our mobile kitchen ensures a fresh, high-quality dining experience for your guests.

Offerings

​Our food truck is available to serve breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner.   We offer several menu packages allowing us to provide a customizable experience to private events, corporate functions, festivals, and more.  Our core menu is comprised of Craft Public House classics featuring scratch-made pub fare, gourmet pizza, and game-day favorites, along with a house-smoked BBQ, Italian, Latin, and Asian cuisine.  Bar service is available; and our in-house bakery team can create the perfect dessert for any occasion. 

 

Service Options

​We provide flexible service options based on your event type and needs.

• ​Individual Ordering: Guests place their own orders at the window.

• Pre-ordered Service:  Guests receive a freshly prepared packaged meal with no ordering required.

• Buffet Service: We use the truck as a mobile kitchen, serving buffet-style meals on-site.
